Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for a new ankle sprain or for ongoing instability?
Both. Designed for mild to moderate sprain recovery, chronic instability, and return-to-sport confidence after repeated rolls. Compression helps manage early swelling and the supported fit controls unwanted ankle roll during rehabilitation and active use.
Will it fit inside my shoe?
Yes. Low-profile design intended to fit comfortably inside most athletic and casual shoes. You may want to loosen your laces slightly on the first wear until you have dialled in the fit.
Will I still be able to move freely in it?
Yes. Designed to control the excessive inversion that causes ankle sprains while allowing normal walking, running and change of direction. Supportive without immobilising the joint, so you can keep training.
How do I know what size to order?
Use the measurements in our size guide on this page. If you are between sizes, size down for a firmer compression fit during sport, or size up for a more comfortable all-day fit.
Can I wear it on either ankle?
Yes. Symmetrical design can be worn on either ankle. Many athletes with a history of ankle instability wear supports on both sides during training or competition as a preventative measure.
