What is included in the McConnell Tape Combo Pack?

One roll of McConnell Rigid Tape and one roll of Under Tape, the two layers used together in the McConnell Taping Technique. It is everything you need to get started, at a saving compared with buying the rolls separately.

How do the two tapes work together?

Under Tape is applied to the skin first as a protective base layer. Rigid Tape is applied over it to provide the firm support the McConnell Taping Technique relies on. The Under Tape protects your skin while the Rigid Tape does the mechanical correction.

Is the Combo Pack suitable for sensitive skin?

The included Under Tape has a hypoallergenic adhesive and acts as a barrier between the Rigid Tape and your skin. If your skin is particularly fragile or reactive, consider Under Tape Sensitive, which uses a silicone adhesive designed for delicate skin.

Is this the same as kinesiology tape?

No. McConnell Rigid Tape is a non-elastic tape designed to provide firm support and reduce load on painful structures, which is a different approach from stretchy kinesiology tapes.

Can I use the Combo Pack anywhere other than the knee?
