At McConnell Therapeutics, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably, wherever you are. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, timeframes, and costs.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Standard Shipping:
$10 (Free for orders over $100).
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping:
$15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
All parcels include tracking, and you'll receive automatic email updates once your order is on the move.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Estimated Delivery:
Most international orders arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on the country and local customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their home country.
Returns and Shipping Costs
If you choose to return your item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
